If you frequent in this blog, you would know that I am a big Victoria’s Secret shopper. You would also know the reasons why as I keep writing them over and over again.
It’s the only store I buy my bras, perfumes/mists and lotions, and other stuff from. Last week, I was able to avail their glitch online. Buy 2 sport bras for $29.50 each and entered the promos “EDP4FREE” and the other one I forgot for free shipping. I paid $63 plus including tax and received my two full size bottle of perfumes that would have cost me $110 if I were to buy them in full price. Not only that, I also received .53 cents from Ebates cashback for shopping through their site before checking out Victoria’s Secret site.
I love the new collection of VS sport bra, small size fits me perfectly and the material they used is decent enough to last for long.
2 sport bras and two full size bottle of perfume do not come by often so when I saw it, I did not hesitate to avail the glitch. It’s something that I would always go for when it happens because you would pay more if you were to do this in store.
Besides, free perfume and free shipping codes often are not stackable codes if not for the glitch.
So everybody in the couponing groups are posting their Revlon mascara haul from Target, Walmart and CVS. I am sharing mine here too. I only printed ten coupons from smartsource and made sure to use them all today as they are only good for today.
I did try the first CVS store I went to this morning but failed. The cashier couldn’t accept more than one coupon because she thought they were copied coupons while they’re not. Revlon allowed me to print two copies each browser and I used two computers!
Gladly, the second CVS store store I went to accepted all four $5 manufacturer coupons, combined that with $4 off of $20 purchase Revlon products. Deal this week is buy one $8.79 get one 50% off, I paid out of pocket $2.76 including tax.
The six remaining coupons were used in Walmart, their current price is $5.97 so, ended up paying just 97 cents each mascara. Happy shopper here.
I know I can’t use them all as I still have old mascaras from how many months ago I don’t know… but my friends, cousins and relatives in the Philippines can use them.
Getting freebies at Victoria’s Secret isn’t hard at all. If you follow them on social media or belongs to an FB group that posts deals and promos from stores, you can score yourself cool freebies from VS or other fave stores. How I scored this rollerball VS eau de parfum in store last weekend just by voting for VS’ new scent online that’s been going on and took a screenshot of it, showed it to the cashier at the register and voila! No questions asked, she handed me this nice scent perfume that I could wear once in a while. With no purchase necessary, I got this thing at least worth $10.
This is not the first time I got a freebie from them. If you are following my blog, you would know that. Thanks to VS for they know how to keep their customers happy and keep coming back to their store.
I found this deal yesterday at Fiesta Mart. They’ve got a lot of sale going on in their store but this one caught me the most. There’s a better deal for this kind of sausage someplace else but it was a coincidence I went there and their sale has just started.
Two dozens of sausages might be lot you would think but hey, I am saving a dozen to put in my box to send to the Philippines. Thought of buying enough while they are still on sale as you can see the two tags displaying its original price per can and the sale price.
Stocking up on cans like this is good on days when you don’t feel like spending a lot of time standing in the kitchen cooking or just the idea that you got something to grab in the pantry in case something bad happens outside.
Now is the time to shop for a really deep discount on Aeropostale website for there is a coupon you can use for an additional 60% off already marked down prices. One of the many items I really like and bought is this accented rubber watch in white wash and navy colors. I bought two of each color for my brother and sister in the Philippines. Clearance price $12.99. Use promotional code: SURPRISE60 that should bring the price down to $5.20. Free shipping on orders over $75. Otherwise, $7 flat rate shipping plus tax. Enjoy shopping!
I’ve been back to Old Navy store twice already. It is not my habit to go back to the store and shop a lot of clothing but when I find real deep discounts on clothing and shoes for the kids, I wouldn’t mind driving there twice or more.
Last Friday last week, Old Navy had a promotion buy 2 clearance items get 1 free. That promo only lasedt for three days. I was able to avail that on Friday, bought quite a lot of slippers, boy shorts and some adult tops starting from 47 cents up to a little over $5. I spent only $27 plus that day plus I got a $10 Old Navy super cash certificate.
Yesterday I went back again and I was not disappointed. I found more awesome merchandise that are less than a dollar each. More shorts for the boys, slippers and slip on shoes for both girls and boys, some shorts for the girls at 47-97 cents. Imagine how amazing that is? Although the buy 2 get 1 free item promo has ended, I still think I got a good deal on my second haul. Some of which will be shipped to my relative in Oregon for she requested me to buy some for her siblings too.
…. photo below are just 97 cents per pair. Ever wonder why I bought a lot of this? Well, they will go into my balik-bayan box to be sent to my brother and nephews in the Philippines.
… shorts and t-shirts for my little brother, 47 cents each, a dollar for the t-shirts.
…. stylish little girls’ shoes for 97 cents, shorts 97 cents for the girls. I should say, boys shorts are 50 cents cheaper than girls and they are thick and comfy materials.
Here’s a good deal worth driving to CVS this week, a deal on vitamins with tons to choose from. Brands like CVS brand, nature made, nature bounty and Disney are buy one get one free! It is even better if you have manufacturer coupons and store coupon printed from the red machine last week to stack altogether. I got $4 off of $25 vitamin purchase for that and a $5 ecb along with a few manufacturer coupons.
These vitamins could easily cost me over $60 but with the use of coupons, I was able to save 75% of the price for all this. I am pleased with my shopping trip because I only paid $19.90 including tax for vitamins that could last for months, these are of course for me and for our girls.
Another deal I am aiming to avail this week is the Aveeno cleansing bars which will then give me $10 ecb back, no need for coupons for this. Hopefully when I go to the store on Saturday, there’ll be stocks left in the shelf before the promo ends.
Now is the perfect time to shop for clothes for you and your entire family especially for your kids. One of my favorite destinations to shop for clearance is Old Navy. When we say, clearance, their merchandise is truly marked down to like they almost give it away.
You just have to take your time and have patience when shopping for clearance. There are plenty to choose from and some of the mark down items are buried deep under the not so deal items. As temperatures get dropping down, stores are also getting rid of their previous merchandise so you really need to head on to your fave store and start shopping for next summer’s outfit.
As for my haul yesterday, I found quite a lot on women’s section to be cheap. Two of my favorite finds are the blue hound’s tooth dress for under $8 and a beautiful beige/faux snakeskin body bag which I love a lot. It was marked down half price off and so I grabbed it. If the bag was sold at less than $15 and it isn’t as beautiful as the one I’m wearing below, I would even bother spending my money on it. But man, when I laid eyes on it, thought this bag was gorgeous for half off price.
Other stuff I found was 47 cents women’s sleeveless shirts, 2 summer dresses for my 7 year old kid, one long sleeves and two other top for my mother which are under $2 each. I paid a little over $32 for everything plus a $10 Old Navy supercash good for next shopping trip.
I am happy with my haul and yes, would love to go back there again sometime soon.
With thousands of shopping, deals or discount apps available to download for free or for a little bit of money for smartphones just so to save time and energy looking for sales and discounts before shopping yet there are thousands of users don’t get what they want for in an app, they still find themselves spending so much time digging where or what store the best deals are. Just when you are ready to check out then you found out, a much nicer deal came up which your current app missed to alert you.
But with Prizap the app itself will do the job for you.
A few of the giant retailers like Adidas, Amazon, Best Buy, eBay, Nike, Samsung, Sears, Sony, Walmart, many more are all together in one roof. This means time and energy saving for you and to all the users. The benefits of this great app is that it always finds that lowest price for you, has a built-in bar code scanner which you can use when you are in store and you will find better deals, you will receive price drop notifications in which it sends notifications for items whose prices are dropped that you are willing to spend your money on and here’s one last thing, you can shop deals for all types of items, anything you have in mind you wish to pay for a really good discount, you can do so with Prizap.
It is available for both Android and itunes users. If savings is what you are up to, then this is the right app for you.
I myself is a thrifty shopper, I would do anything I can in order to get discounts on items I want and our everyday need. For me, there is no good reason paying for full prices while I know full well that these items are on sale and can be combined with store/manufacturer coupons with the help of a great app like Prizap.
