I So Love Love Day by Day Vitamin C Serum

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I have tried at least two different brands of vitamin C serum, one of which is the one from Day by Day Vitamin C Serum and this one I should say is the perfect product for me for summertime. Why? Because, aside from it being a clear liquid, it leaves me a fresh and clean feeling once applied. It doesn’t give me that yucky, sticky/greasy feeling when I am out doing errands.

I have this type of skin that gets very sweaty in the nose and chin area when I am exposed in the sun. I love that even though I am wearing this serum, though I sweat yet still I feel clean. Just so perfect and I so love love it.

However though, I wished that they had another way of dispensing the serum out of the bottle. I don’t like much the squirting thingy every time I want to use some, it squirts too much and can’t catch some of the liquid, I ended up wasting some of it for it squirts to my sink or on to the counter. Or maybe it’s just me who doesn’t know how to push to use the squirting-thingy gently, that’s why?

Other than that, I have no other concerns of the product for it truly is good. I can now see the even skin tone of my face and feeling beautiful more than ever. With continued use, I believe it can at least vanish the fine lines that I already have on the sides and under my eyes.

Available on Amazon if you guys want to try it. Just type the product’s name Day by Day Vitamin C Serum, the photo should look like the one embedded below.

I have been using it a while now and guess what? My day wouldn’t be complete without putting this on to my face and neck. It’s summertime and this product is exactly what I need, I want my face to be moisturized at the same time don’t give me that oily feeling when I go out there to run errands or do my chores under the sun.

Another amazing fact about this product is that, it can be used as an all over face moisturizer, hand moisturizer and even as an under eye cream moisturizer. It reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Provides firm, even, bright skin and ultimate hydration for a radiant complexion.

It is a must-have for everyone who is over 25 years of age as part of their daily regimen. What it does is that, it provides unrivaled hydration to skin to make it firm, smooth, supple and plump. My New Beauty Secret that is Alcohol and Paraben Free

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I am a simple girl that only lives with using an eyeliner and lipstick, I don’t use make up or anything that could potentially damage my facial skin. I take care of my face by using facial moisturizers and eye cream. Recently, I received a product that I wholeheartedly try and is still using from ValentiaSkinCare.com. It is called an Even Glow Serum with 20% vitamin C. It is an antioxidant treatment to brighten, protect and even skin tone, reducing the appearance of aging.

I have been using it for over a week now and I am happy with it. It smells so good, absorbs rapidly and can be applied under makeup. What I love most about this product is that it gives me confidence knowing it doesn’t contain harmful chemicals. It is alcohol and paraben free, you know? Antioxidant Treatment – Natural & Organic – Incl. Organic Rosehip Oil & Sea Buckthorn Oil – Brightening Serum – Rapid Absorption – Reduce Sun Spots and Wrinkles all in one product.

Right now, it is available at Amazon for $35 and ships free if you are a PRIME member. Also there is a special offer and product promotion a BUY ONE GET ONE 50% OFF on Valentia’s Even Glow Serum – Vitamin C & Antioxidant Serum on Amazon, you might want to take advantage of that.

Bath and Body Works Free Fragrance Offer

Look what I got for almost free? It’s a fragrance mist by Bath and Body Works, a $14 value. The offer lasted today and I did not expect that I could avail it as I didn’t have a plan redeeming the offer. This offer was good for any purchase. When you say “any”, meaning no minimum purchase or anything so I bought a pocket antibacterial hand sanitizer for $1 and paid a total $1.75 total including tax. Oh, I took a survey online about my experience at their store today and that should give me a sure $10 off $30 purchase next time.

Going to the mall today was a pain, the traffic was bad. Well, South Hulen is always traffic even during normal hours. I went there today after 4 and you know it’s rush hour plus the traffic lights were out, imagine how chaotic that was. So if you ask me, is the fragrance worth the drive? I think so, it smells good and it’s almost free hehehe…

Olay Deal Round Two

I was not gonna do the Olay deal for the second time but I found out that I messed up a bit in my first haul. I misplaced the 3/$2 Olay manufacturer coupons and wasn’t able to use them previously. Good thing I found them again just before a new week starts or before Olay deals ends at CVS.

CVS was out of Olay bars so all I had left were body washes. I am not really into body washes but no choice. Six 700 ml bottles body washes for $30 and sunscreen store brand lotion, total paid $20.10 got back $10 ecb towards next purchase. That’s 67% savings there. $1.44 each bottle final price after coupons and ecb received! Not that bad!

Coupons used:
3/$2 any 2 Olay bar soap, body washes or in-shower lotions
$3 store mq Olay purchase of 15
$5 extrabucks on hand

On a lighter note, I am ready to send the mail-in-rebate for P&G beauty rebate of $50 purchase get $15. So hopefully I get more money than what I spent for these products.

Deals on Maybelline Cosmetics

These are just few of the items I bought for less at my favorite store today. I saved at least 86% for buying these items. Biore charcoal facial cleanser is free, it’s a trial size for $1.99 and used 1 manufacturer coupon $2. As for the Maybelline New York mascara and face powder, they are worth $12.93 including tax but I only paid $1.93 for both because of the $5 extrabucks rewards I  had, $3 worth manufacturer coupons plus a $3 store coupon off $12 Maybelline purchase. Not only that, I also got $3 ecb back. I think that’s just awesomely sweet deal right there. CVS gives back $3 this week until Saturday for any Maybelline purchase of $10.

Today’s trip was purposely to buy Olay products, I saved $42.44 or 77% after using ecbs on hand that I received from yesterday’s shopping and manufacturers coupons. I only paid $14.60 for all of the items below, got back $10 ecb. Why? CVS’ offer this week is spend $30 on Olay products get back $10. Olay Body bars/washes on sale this week 2/$10, facial cleansers and cloths for $3.99.

Plus, a future $15 mail-in-rebate from P&G buy $50 worth of Venus, Secret, Olay, Herbal Essences, Pantene, Aussie, Head and Shoulders, Vidal Sassoon, Clairol, Covergirl, Crest 3D White, Puffs, Safeguard or Ivory products. My Valentine’s Day Freebies

This is what I like about living in here in America for I get to receive freebies from my favorite shopping stores! I felt the luckiest on Valentine’s Day for I got to redeem two freebies from Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works. I snagged me this sexy lacy hearts V-day thong ( I am not a thong girl so I might just give it to a friend in the Philippines who wears it) and a full size diamond shimmering mist Mad About You that costs $14 each.

I looooveeeeeeeee freebies, who doesn’t? Bath and Body Works promo was free diamond shimmering mist of any purchase. I brought with me my second born to the mall and she liked the bath ducky with blinking light inside so I bought it for her, $4 and I received my freebie. As for the thong, it didn’t cost me a dime… yupzie!!

Physicians Formula Eyeliner Trio for Just 19 Cents at CVS

The best deal I probably scored this week during my recent trip to CVS is this Physicians Formula eyeliner trio. Normally sold for $11.99 but right now it is on sale, 40% off. The red coupon machine printed me a $7 any Physician’s Formula product which makes this pack for only 19 cents.

This is my first time to buy this brand. Physicians Formula costs more than the usual brands I use because the company uses organic ingredients in their products, that’s why. Anyway, I am excited to try them on. I hope they don’t break after a few uses.

If you haven’t gone to CVS and scanned your card, you still got until Saturday 2/15 to grab yourself a Physicians Formula cosmetic for a cheap price.
